  • Place your food to be heated into a microwave safe bowl or plate.
  • Place the bowl/plate into the Cozy.
  • Microwave as normal.
  • When your food is heated simply lift the Cozy by picking it up by holding two of the wings or placing your hands around the Bowl Cozy.

Can you put the Cozy in a conventional oven?

Yes the Cozy can be placed be used in a conventional oven. The Cozy can withstand heat up to 230°C (approximately 440°F).

However, be aware that as the type of heating is different from that of a microwave, the Cozy WILL GET HOT and you will need to USE OVEN MITTS or something similar to remove it from the oven.

After a few minutes the Cozy will have cooled down so that you can use it without the mitts - but ALWAYS use caution when handling hot food.

Can you put the Cozy in an Air Fryer?

Yes, as with a conventional oven, the Cozy can be placed into an Air Fryer. The cozy can withstand heat up to 230°C (approximately 440°F).

However, be aware that as the type of heating is different from that of a microwave, the Cozy WILL GET HOT and you will need to USE OVEN MITTS or something similar to remove it from the Air Fryer.

After a few minutes the Cozy will have cooled down so that you can use it without the mitts - but ALWAYS use caution when handling hot food.

I have a discount code.  How do I use it?

If you are using a computer to place your order, when you get to the checkout you will see a box where you can enter and apply your discount code.

If you are using a mobile device such as your phone to place your order, when you get to the checkout you will see "Show order summary".  Click on the dropdown symbol next to "summary".  This will show more information about your order including a box where you can enter and apply your discount code.

Is the Cozy safe for children to use?

It is always advisable to supervise children when hot food is consumed.  The cozy should be placed on a flat safe surface when during use.  Although the Cozy makes sure your hands are not burned when lifting hot food out of the microwave, careful handling is still required as the contents may extremely hot.

Should I do anything before I use my Cozy for the first time?

We recommend that you wash the Cozy in warm soapy water before its first use.

How do I clean my Cozy?

  • Wash in the sink as you would any other kitchen utensil.
  • You can place it in the dishwasher and wash with your other dishes.

What is the LFGB standard?

The LFGB standard is the European standard for testing silicone to ensure that it meets requirements for food safety.

The testing regime of the LFGB standard is far more rigorous than the requirements of the FDA standard - the other common standard used for testing the food safety of silicone.

Conforming to the LFGB standard adds to the cost of the silicone when compared with the FDA standard due to the higher quality of the silicone required to meet the testing regime.

Products made from silicone that meets the LFGB standard are considered safe for human use.

What are my shipping options?

We use Australia Post to ship our Bowl and Plate Cozies. 

There are two shipping options:

Standard shipping

Australia 2 - 8 days
USA 6 - 27 days

Express

Australia 1 - 4 days
USA - 2-6 days.

The shipping time is estimated and is at the discretion of the carrier.
